Digital Project Manager
As a freelancer, I combine four complementary areas of expertise: project management, DAM, video, and web design.
I support companies in managing digital projects — from initial scoping to go-live — ensuring coordination, prioritization, and change management throughout.
As a DAM specialist (Bynder, PIM), I optimize content structuring and distribution at an international scale.
Trained in video production (Premiere Pro, After Effects), I create short formats, tutorials, and motion design tailored to today’s usage.
Finally, I design modern, responsive web interfaces with Figma and Webflow, blending design sensibility with technical autonomy.

GROUPE SEB
(2021 - 2025)
Project Manager / DAM Expert
At Groupe SEB, I led the management and evolution of the global DAM platform Seb&Share, used by over 2,000 employees across 60 countries.
As a functional expert, I oversaw the solution’s performance, provided advanced support, managed feature development, and supported users at scale.
I also led cross-functional digital projects from business scoping to production launch, while redefining DAM governance to improve performance, adoption, and consistency of use.
This role strengthened my expertise in project management, team coordination, and change management within a demanding international environment.
Tools & scope: DAM (SaaS), PIM (on-premise then SaaS), backlog management, IT & business coordination, content governance.
STEF IT (2019 - 2020)
Business Intelligence Project Manager
At STEF IT, I led the implementation of a new Business Intelligence tool, streamlining financial and accounting data extraction through the integration of Microsoft AX and IBM Cognos Analytics.
From defining financial reports to coordinating development, I also supported business teams through training sessions and tailored change management.
In parallel, I contributed to the group’s ERP migration as a SAP designer and tester. My role involved designing, testing, and validating solutions across the MM, SD, and BW modules, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
This mission strengthened my skills in project management, data analysis, test execution, and user support within a structured
IT environment.

XPO (2018 - 2019)
Roll-out Responsible
At XPO Logistics France, I led the nationwide rollout of the XPO Mobile application to 1100 drivers and 300 office staff across 26 logistics sites.
My role covered IT coordination, team training, technical support, project communication, and change management.
Upstream, I developed training materials (tutorials, videos, guides) and managed pilot phases to test tool and process effectiveness.
On-site, I oversaw professional smartphone installations (TC75X / Zebra), AS400 configuration, organized training sessions, and facilitated the teams’ technological transition.
This assignment strengthened my skills in IT project management, large-scale training, and change management in a demanding operational environment.
Tools & scope: AS400, TC75X Zebra terminals, tutorials (InDesign / Photoshop), scheduling management, on-site training, inter-agency coordination.
CANON (2017 - 2018)
Marketing and Communications specialist
At Canon France, I contributed to coordinating marketing and communication campaigns while serving as the liaison between sales and marketing teams using tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and the intranet.
I participated in launching a European project in collaboration with Canon Europe, working directly with the London-based team.
I was also involved in various event and digital initiatives, including creating roll-up banners, posters, newsletters, email campaigns, and reporting materials.
Additionally, I took part in a collaborative project between Canon and Lacoste focused on sustainable development, producing visuals approved by management.
